What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product type and connector tooling. Standard cables start from 100 pcs; for new OEM projects we usually recommend a trial batch first.
How long do samples take?
Standard prototypes are ready in 48–72 hours. Custom connector tooling may take 2–3 weeks for the first sample.
Can you make cables from my drawing or sample?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM based on drawings, samples or just a description. Our engineers will advise materials and tooling before production.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes, every batch ships with a QC report, and we can provide full lab test reports (swing, salt spray, temperature/humidity, aging) on request.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship by sea, air or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) according to your requirements, with proper export documentation.
